ConnectorStack ("we", "our", "us") is a relationship management tool operated by Wolf Works LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the ConnectorStack Chrome extension and related services.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: Email address and name used to identify your account, obtained through single sign-on authentication.
  • Authentication tokens: Session tokens stored locally in your browser to maintain your login. These are never shared with third parties.
  • Synced data: When you connect a service (e.g., LinkedIn), conversations and contact information are synced to our server to enable search and AI features. This data is cached and can be deleted at any time.

How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and provide access to the ConnectorStack platform.
  • To sync, cache, and search your conversations and contacts as directed by you.
  • To provide AI-powered tools for managing your relationships through MCP integrations.
  • To maintain and improve the service.

Extension Permissions

The ConnectorStack Chrome extension requests the following permissions, each used solely to provide its core functionality:

  • Cookies: To access session data required for connected service integrations (e.g., LinkedIn session tokens for message sync).
  • Storage: To persist your login session and extension settings locally.
  • Identity: To enable single sign-on authentication via the server.
  • Side Panel: To display the extension interface as a browser sidebar.
  • Host access (*.linkedin.com): To read and interact with LinkedIn on your behalf when you initiate sync or messaging actions.

Browser-Side Architecture

ConnectorStack is designed with privacy at its core. All interaction with connected services (LinkedIn, etc.) happens entirely within your browser through the Chrome extension. Your service credentials (cookies, session tokens) never leave your browser and are never stored on our servers. The server only receives the data you explicitly sync.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Synced data is stored in encrypted databases. Authentication tokens are validated against our identity provider on every request.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to providing the ConnectorStack service.

Your Rights

You may disconnect any connected service and delete your synced data at any time through the extension or dashboard. To request full account deletion or exercise other data rights, contact us using the information below.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
